Internships in 2023

Two interns recruited for the research program

Two interns have been recruited for a 6 months period in 2023. Their work will help informing the research team on the greening of schoolyards in Strasbourg and on the institutionalization of NbS withon water agencies in France

The research team welcomed two Master 2 interns in 2023 to contribute to the program's reflections.

  • The first, Jonas Millet-Kermarec, is a Master's student in health geography at Université Paris-Est Créteil. His internship focused on the implementation of schoolyard greening projects carried out by the city of Strasbourg since 2020. He was particularly interested in the consultation methods used in these projects and the role of health in them. The 6-month internship was supervised by Carine Heitz and Ludovic Drapier.
  • The second internship was carried out by Anne Schoepfer, a student in environmental sociology at the University of Toulouse Jean Jaurès. Her work focused on the indicator used by French water agencies to report on the SfN-type projects they finance. She looked at how this indicator is appraised and used by the various water agencies. Anne was supervised by Sara Fernandez, Ludovic Drapier and Joana Guerrin.

The results obtained during these two internships will feed into discussions within the team over the coming months.
